Fiore Rosso IGT Toscano
This red wine is produced with Sangiovese grapes.
The grape juice undergoes a 7 days fermentation period at 25-27°c before ageing in small stainless steel tanks then in oak barrels for 8 months. It is then bottled, ready for autumn, and can age and improve for several years or more.
The wine is marked by cherry and blackberry flavours with a really vibrant lift, making it ideal as both a light luncheon wine and for more serious evening dining.
