Zenit rosso toscano IGT

This exuberant red wine is produced with 100% Merlot grapes, fermented with natural native yeast for about 10 days.
It is then placed in oak tonneaux of 500 liters, where in springtime malolactic fermentation can happen. After 12 months the wine is bottled, than it will stay to refine in bottle at least 5 months.
In time Zenit softens in texture, its elegant crisp redcurrant and clear, savoury black cherry and plumflavours broadening to become expecially pronounced.
